Staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was upgraded upon arrival. Very quiet room. The beds are always outstanding. Robes furnished. Location was on the riverwalk and within walking distance to Amelie arena and all the great night life of Tampa Bay.

Location is amazing ! Right on the center of Tampa bay. And the river walk ! Close to the Amelia arena (steps away). Close to multiple restaurants and shopping areas. Hotel was super clean, modern. Breakfast buffet was abundant and delicious.

Such a wonderful hotel! We were able to check in right away and get our room keys. The view was beautiful, the food was great, and the staff was super helpful accommodating all our needs. This was a birthday trip for me and we will definitely be staying here again.

The front desk at check in was excellent. The valet service was not explained before we arrived but they gave great service. We were in close proximity to restaurants and other events downtown.

We love the close proximity to the arena, perfect place to stay for concerts. The variety of food locations close by made it a great place to stay.
